What do you do with all your leftover ham from Christmas and New Year?
For those who received ham as a gift or as a raffle prize from Christmas parties, you may have ham stock now to last until Valentine's Day :) That or you can transform your meat delight to something yummy and healthy. Like this ham sandwich made of focaccia bread, mayo (honey mustard sauce is also delectable), lettuce and tomato.
